QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Material-Metallurgy/ Mechatronic Engineering,
- 1- 3 years of work experience as Production Engineer or similar responsibilities in production related business especially in Metal forming industry,
- Preferably understanding and proven experience of lean manufacturing tools and methods (value Stream Mapping, 5S, Line Balancing, Shopfloor Management etc.)
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, Pareto, Ishikawa etc.)
- Preferably good knowledge of English both written and spoken,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Positive, energetic and result-oriented,
- Good level of MS Office applications,
- Willing to work with others for mutual success, a win-win seeker.
Responsibilities
- Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs,
- Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production,
- Make, Execute and follow and realization of detailed production plan at shopfloor,
- Minimizing the production costs and losses,
- Organize and execute maintenance plan and reduce downtimes,
- Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations,
- Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process,
- Lead and execute 5S and Kaizen and continuous improvement activities at shopfloor,
- Improve skill matrix of employees,
- Train people within own work group,
- Remove wastes from the processes,
- Managing implementation of production processes and procedures,
- Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions.
